4、管理培训生具体介绍:
主要为2014年海棠湾红素林度假酒店储备基层管理人员和服务骨干,培养期为1年。管理培训生根据个人求职意向及酒店岗位需求选择相关岗位,定岗时间为6个月;6个月绩效评估合格后,进行部门内部轮岗,轮岗岗位为2个,每月岗位3个月;管理培训生满12个月后,由用人部门和人力资源部共同评估,绩效评估合格者给予提薪并晋升见习主管。
Management trainee programaims to recruit an d train graduates for the basic-level management of eachdepartments in Mangrove Tree Haitang Bay. The position offered is based on thechoices of can didate an d the results of interview. Management training periodcontains 6-month on the position originally offered an d another 6-month onshift-positions within the department. The performance of management trainee isevaluated every 6 months. After management training period, evaluated by thedepartment an d human resource, the qualified trainee will be promoted toassistant supervisor.
